Unfortunately it's smaller than it looks via photos, the 2nd bathroom is deep in the basement which is unpractical, and most importantly it has an odor likely due to old carpets and stained furniture. If you're just looking for a good location, this can work. If the owners put some more into new carpets and furniture it would provide a huge benefit to the property. ”

“Cute and clean place in a convenient location. Only suggestions - bed was a bit hot and there isn’t much air circulation in the primary bedroom. They provided a fan, but it kept tripping the gfi circuit, Otherwise, great experience.”
