「Beautiful location, liked the rooms, food was slightly more limited than some resorts but we went off alot and ate food at all the local places, which was great (so many options walking distance and we traveled with young kids), casino was off to the side inside the resort so wasn't overpowering but great to have there. The staff was incredibly kind to the kids, let them feed animals on site. Pools were great, slides were fun, drinks were delicious and loved the smoothie bar on beach. 」

I left my iPhone behind and they figured out a creative way to mail it back to me in the U.S. Additionally, after a glitch with Expedia, the place was briefly double-booked but they went out of their way to fix it and accommodate. Great stay, terrific, accommodating owners. Highly recommend 」

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」
