Ryan was wonderful to work with. He was quick to respond to our messages and even had some household items they had run out of delivered to us. Home is walkable to Eddy St. and campus.

Nice house and quiet pretty neighborhood. A little far from ND stadium for a walk to the game, but I grew up in South Bend and knew that going in. The small deck has no railing, so be careful out there. Also fairly meager deck furniture, but nice functional grill. There is one full bathroom for three upstairs bedrooms which could pose a problem for some groups, but worked just fine for us. We smacked our heads on the overhang while coming down the stairs a couple of times, which quickly trained us to pay attention to that quirk of the house. While there is a streaming compatible TV I didn’t expect to have to sign in to my own cable network and streaming platforms … I would recommend providing YouTube TV or Hulu or another platform as an amenity of the rental. Overall a good experience with minor bumps!

Very nice stay close to ND Campus
We stayed here for a wedding at Notre Dame. The rental was less than a half mile from campus, which was very convenient. It was exactly as pictured in the listing and clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could want, and there was off street parking for multiple vehicles. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect home away from home
The house was the perfect place for our family and two dogs for a quick weekend to visit our daughter at Notre Dame. It is cozy and quaint with plenty of space to spread out, and the location is in a charming neighborhood that is within easy walking distance of campus and Eddy Street Commons. Our host was welcoming and responsive to all inquiries. We'd stay here again next time we're in town. Thanks, Ryan!
