“I booked this place as it was literally right on the beach for my bday weekend. The view was amazing and the ocean roared in all its excellence. The host was great and kind at answering my silly questions as this was my first time renting a home. The home was clean and kitchen stocked with tools ready for us to make anything we needed to. I really enjoyed the layout of the home and enjoyed eating out on the deck with the fireplace table. The garage was perfect for playing ping pong and cards……

“I am so impressed by how the host had thought of everything guests might need for their stay. The house and area were beautiful and responses to questions were immediate. We have stayed in other rental homes where some basic necessities were lacking, but we were able to effortlessly slide into a stressfree stay on the ocean. I highly recommend this property! Just a note of caution for anyone who might have mobility challenges, that the path down to the beach is steep at the end. This was not an……

“Easy and smooth check-in/check-out. The house was meticulously thoughtful. TVs in all the rooms, lots of bedding, kitchen items, spices, games, indoor fun room, outdoor layout, location, laundry room, etc... Everything you need to enjoy an awesome trip is there (and works). It was the perfect beach house for our family.”

“Let me start by saying, this is the same house we had rented previously for a month during Nov-Dec, 2023. My husband was working in the area. We had such an enjoyable stay, we decided from then on that if we were to come back to the area, we would for sure stay here. If the house wasn't available, I'd do my best to adjust our time in the area if possible. Jen is so nice, and very easy to work with. If there were higher marks, I'd give them. “If I could give this property more than 5 stars I would! The house was clean and so comfortable. There were pleasantly surprising amenities that we hadn’t expected. The kids were ecstatic that there were little pockets of hot cocoa and some snacks. There were individual use containers of bathroom products that came in super handy. “We had a wonderful family vacation. The house was new and clean. The beds were comfortable and they had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed for family dinner. Bbq and hot rub in the fenced back yard. Easy text with all the information needed to get in and settled. Had no need to communicate with anyone since everthing went smoothly. Short walk to the beach and 5 min drive to the pier. Definitely will be coming back next year.”

“Like others have said, small but cozy, large yard with firepit and covered back porch. Quiet neighborhood. Love the private trail to the beach. Grandson absolutely loved the bunnies. Nice it had the a RV hook up, my kids just got a new one and wanted to be able to stay also. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay, as my 5yr old grandson wrote in the guest book, "come here and you will love it"”
