In fact I left behind my pad charging cable in the room, after I contacted the staff they process right away and send me the cable to my next stay hotel in India, which is very thoughtful and efficient. “I had booked this hotel for my parents and uncle/aunt. When they reached the hotel, the receptionist/manager said there was no booking. This was a pre paid booking. When I tried to talk to the manager, he refused to talk to me. When I called hotels.com agent and when she tried to do a three ways call, the manager yet again refused to talk.
