“The bed and breakfast was very comfortable. The breakfasts were superb. The service at breakfast was excellent and the couple who ran the bed and breakfast were very friendly. The rooms were comfortable although the shower was a little weak. We felt Covid safe. The customer lounge area was very pleasant with extremely comfortable seating.”

“We loved the room lovely king size bed comfortable and nice single bed for our child Linda was very kind and helpful plenty of tea coffee and milk ten out of ten for value for money I would highly recommend this guest house ”

“For a 3 star hotel I find Rivelyn excellent. It is always clean, the staff are helpful and friendly and beds are comfortable and the breakfast well cooked. It is located within a 2 minute walk to beautiful sea views from the Esplanade, a 5 minute walk of local shops and a 10 minute or less walk to the town centre, restaurants, cafes and the theatre, and also the beach. ”

“Understand Covid is present but the room was dusty and smelt floaty. When booking there was no explanation about the breakfast. £149 was a lot of money for the standard of this room. Website didn’t really match reality. The young staff were great and very friendly. One of the older staff didn’t even speak!! Was underwhelmed!”
