「I stayed in German Charm 2, and it is charming. An excellent house for our short stay to see family. The house is well equipment for all your needs. it is in a very quiet area and is walking distance to all amenities. Matt, the host, was very attentive and responded to emails promptly. I would recommend this place to all that are visiting Columbus. It is exceptional value and much better than a hotel room!! I will be staying again.」

「I appreciate having a place to stay at the last minute. We came out to Ohio to visit family and though we were offered a place to stay with our loved ones, we wanted to be comfortable. Some of the Hotels we searched had reviews that didn't make me feel comfortable enough to book. Thankfully I found this property. The check in process was extremely easy and parking was great. "Hidden Fees Scam The room was big and the price was okay, but they had a hidden $10 parking fee. Some websites said $5, but nowhere did it mention $10 on weekends. We checked in on Sunday, and there were only about 10 cars in the parking lot, yet they still charged us $10. Parking at Holiday Inn Express is almost always free for non-downtown location. This is the first one we’ve ever seen that charges for parking. If it were a football day, sure, but it wasn’t—it was a Sunday when even street parking is free. For IHG members, the fee is supposed to be waived. Later we asked for a refund, but the front desk said they needed to check with the manager since we hadn’t entered our IHG member number into the reservation. At the time of checking in, we were completely shocked and surprised by the parking fee and didn’t think to argue. Now, two days later, they still haven’t refunded our parking fee. Never booking here again. So, Holiday Inn is franchised— and this one is trying to scam money."
