“At check in, the lady who helped us check in didn’t really provide much information about the hotel overall. All she did was ask for our credit card and ID, handed us the room key (without even telling us what room we were in or what floor). We figured it out on our own. Didn’t give us details on breakfast or shuttle services either. The room itself was great. Very spacious and loved the fact that the tv had the options to connect HDMI on the side for easier access. The breakfast was good, but……

“I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. Other than that, everything is okay for us. I would……

“Great relaxing stay! Woody was awesome by the pool. John was great and very helpful. The ferry staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient. I’d just pay more pay a little more attention to cleaning in the room.”

“Property is beautiful. The rooftop top pool is amazing. Everything is really close to the main street in wynwood. Will definitely be back.”

“Reception was not very welcoming. I was waiting for 45 min to check in at 10 PM when I arrived. Property is new, towels had some hair so I did not use it. It was clean overall. People were coming and complaining about a lot of things non stop while I was waiting to check in. I just booked it last minute and definitely can tell you get what you paid for. Advice- go find property $50 more and you'll get a normal room, real bed and clean towels.”
