Stunning views from a beautiful vacation home

Spectacular views, beautiful home.

Fantastic Stay

Beautiful home with an amazing view. We stayed for a long weekend to go skiing. The home had everything to make our stay amazing. Very well furnished and very clean. We will definitely be back.

The Perfect Family Getaway

This house provided more than ample room for me and my family for our stay in South Fork. Anything that was needed, this house had. I could never say enough about the views either. Will more than likely visit again in the winter!

Best view in South Fork!

This house is amazing. It fit our 2 families of 10 people perfectly. The area has so many things to do from fishing, floating, backcountry exploring, horseback riding, hiking and we even played 18 holes at the golf course. The house had plenty of room to cook big meals, lots of kitchen utensils and cookware and even spices. The view was so amazing to sit and have a hot cup of coffee and watch the sunrise in the morning or the sunset in the evening. We made smore's one night around the campfire and enjoyed the stars. The hot tub was a nice treat after a long day of hiking. Master beds were very comfortable. The downstairs area was great for the teenagers to hang out. Definitely recommend a visit to South Fork at the Cutbow Lodge!

I love the view where the house is located! The house was very clean and beautiful inside. There wasn’t one thing that was wrong with our stay. It created an atmosphere where you can go and relax from the world! The view is breathtaking! I highly recommend this place and talking about coming back in the future.

Fabulous vacation stay!

We had an incredible Colorado vacation with our family at this cabin. The deck view is spectacular. The inside is decorated to make you feel as if you are at a luxury mountain resort. Perfect location to enjoy the beauty of the mountains. The property owners have thought of every detail for convenience. Thank you for providing a wonderful retreat!❤️

Beautiful

Cutbow was a beautiful, clean and very comfortable home. We went with our two daughters and their families, 5 grandkids total, ages two to ten. We all loved watching the deer in the yard, playing games at the dining table, skiing at wolf creek and just relaxing, enjoying the beautiful view! Hope to go back soon!

Water Failures

While the sights and house itself are phenomenal, there is a non-zero chance that you will be without water for a large part of your stay. The warnings about water usage are displayed in a "Live Laugh Love" decoration aesthetic, meaning your eyes completely miss the point of the warning and it will most likely be ignored. The group that stayed here before us completely drained the tank and my group of 12 was left without water for 26 hours. In a three day trip, losing an entire day because you can't cook/clean/shower the way you want to is a major inconvenience. Luckily, the PM is responsive, but even with like 30 gallons of distilled water that she brought, it was still a nightmare.

Phillips/Warr Snow Trip

Property is simply amazing met our expectations. Plenty of room for 12 people to sleep and have their own space. The view from the balcony and bedrooms were spectacular. It would have been nice to have a hot tub. The restrooms only contained 2 rolls of Toilet Paper and Kitchen (1) roll of hand towels. As far as housekeeping in the main master bathroom the restroom at times smelled like sewer. Certain areas had not been dusted off, particular under the heaters in each master bedrooms. Overall, the house is amazing, and we had a wonderful family trip. We will be using this location again.

Cutbow Lodge

Our family comes to South Fork every Christmas. We recently stayed six days with 11 family members. There was more than enough room for all of us. The house is beautiful with magnificent views. Our only problem was that the laundry room gave off a horrible sewer smell that filled the entire house. Even guest staying in the downstairs bedrooms complained. I contacted the property management and received a few text messages but nothing was done about it. No calls and we never had someone to come check on it. Also, make sure you have four-wheel drive during the winter. One of our vehicles had to remain at the bottom of the mountain due the the steep slippery road. We will probably look elsewhere for next year.

House from Heaven

Walking into this house felt like someone giving you a warm hug. My family was facing difficult circumstances at the time we were staying here. And this home provided the comfort we needed. Not only is the home well decorated and beautiful, the views are SPECTACULAR. We got carry out from the pizza place just down the road, which was also amazing (gluten free friendly for my daughter). We also enjoyed taking walks up and down the gravel road (somewhat difficult but great exercise). We loved our stay and highly recommend.

BEAUTIFUL House

Incredible Views and Gorgeous Home!

We loved our stay at this home! It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for our two families. The separation between the upstairs master bedrooms and downstairs bedrooms with living areas in each was such a great layout. We loved that the house was secluded and it has amazing sunrise and sunset views over Southfork from the deck. Lots of great attention to details in the home and it made our stay so easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

South Fork trip

The views at this home are amazing. The home was perfect for our group (4 couples). The home was very clean and the communication with rental company was great. If you are going to be in South Fork I would highly recommend this home. You won’t be disappointed.

Hidden Gem

Fabulous! Spacious and private retreat for our friends and family annual ski trip to Wolf Creek. The 4BR layout was perfect for us and we couldn't have been more pleased with the decision to stay here. We were fortunate the drive was plowed prior to our arrival and we had no snow during our stay. I could see how this could be an issue for access to/from the home if the drive is not maintained as it's probably 1/2 mile up from the highway and steep in sections. But again--house is perfect; great layout; beautiful furniture; and well-maintained.

Winter Vacation

The home was just beautiful and was perfect for our family we really enoyed our stay and the snow we got was amazing we are from Texas and don't really see that kind of snow it was beautiful. We had beautiful deers by the house every day. The only thing we had an issue with was being able to dispose of our trash, the place we were told to take it wouldn't allow us to put trash in there dumpster so only choice we had was to go back up the mountain and put inside of house- hated to do that but had no choice.it was Sunday and couldn't get ahold of anyone. But other than that the house and our week there was a wonderful experience and hope to come back to this home.

Winter Wonderland

This property was a great find. The property felt new, well designed and very accommodating. The house is visited by wildlife and views are spectacular. Great sunrises, sunset and stars too. It was perfect for our short ski trip and wished we could have stayed longer.
