"This is my spouse & I’s 2nd time going through Manie & Leslie to stay over for the holiday weekend for our deep sea fishing trip & to visit some family!! They’re amazing hosts!! Always checking in to make sure you’re having a good visit & that your stay with them is going ok!!! Such an adorable cottage *cutest decor*, very clean & within walking distance to the beach/Hampton beach strip.We had such an amazing time & can’t wait to book another trip with them!!"

"We are from Montreal and we love to travel to New Hampshire to this spot. It’s right across the Street from the beach and so nice to take a morning walk when the tide is low. The staff is super friendly. There’s a lot of ambiance in the backyard near the surf shack where you can get a drink and hear the live band. Do notice that everything is closed on Tuesday on this property meaning there’s no animation or nothing is open area is clean. We had a small kitchenette, which is perfect for small meals. Do not intend to make a real dinner there but perfect for light cooking. If you take view on the garden, you will not have a balcony on the second and third floor. What if you take Ocean view you will, which is great. We have done both. Highly recommend!"

"We had a great stay overall and would definitely return. The room was very clean and spacious, which made it very comfortable. It was also nice to have a hot shower after a long day. The staff were wonderful—very pleasant and courteous. They always greeted us with a smile, saying hello and wishing us a good day, which really stood out. Breakfast was good overall, though the eggs were a bit too salty (which seems to be common at many hotels). Also, the sink water got extremely hot, so we had to be a little cautious using it. One small suggestion would be to keep an eye on the pool area during busy times. There was a larger group that appeared to be together who were drinking alcohol, and there was also some smoking happening closer to the building than expected. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, and friendliness of the staff."
