"We have just returned from a few days at the lodge in between Christmas and New Year. It was absolutely gorgeous , so cosy and in such a beautiful setting. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas as well. We really loved the log burner in the evenings, it’s clear that everything has been thought out carefully in the lodge. The beds are so comfortable and the decor absolutely lovely, we were sad to leave!"

Lack of storage for toiletries. Had to put on bathroom floor. Fridge door shelf broken. Rear Patio furniture unusable as was dirty. Ok for a couple for a couple of nights. Wardrobe storage good. Nice view. "

The yurt is very much off grid. The cooker works well with bottled gas. There is no running water.
