「The pool water was murky/dirty upon check in on July 3. A sign stated that the pool would be inspected on July 15. It should have been repaired prior to the July 4th holiday! There has been a great change from last year's owners. We have stayed there several years in a row and the pool was clean. The breakfast hours have been reduced from 7 am to 9 am instead of 10 am. 「What a hidden gem! We were looking for an overnight on the Cape close to all our favorite places and this was the perfect place. Host so incredibly gracious - hospitality is alive at this place! The room was clean and spacious, the grounds immaculate and beautiful- pool and Adirondack chairs. The picnic basket in the morning was such a fun and delicious treat. We will be back!」
