「Beautiful location with an amazing view for coffee in the morning!」

「Check in was easy and efficient. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Cooked to order and many delicious options. By far the favorite place I’ve ever stayed on vacation. Very conveniently located.」

「WiFi unavailable. Soap missing from bathroom. Food mediocre. Tub needs rubber mat due to slippery surface. This contributed to my fall in the tub. Very expensive for a 2 star stay!」

「There is no lake view in a room that said it was lake view. It was clean. The king-size bed was beyond terrible. It was like 2 twins pushed together with a very lumpy mattress topper. No closet. Very tiny room. The hand sink was in the bedroom. The house was built in 1883, if it had been haunted it might have been worth the $250. It was neither haunted or worth the $250. 」

「Good location if your visiting south haven and the local beach/lake areas. Clean building and a quiet stay. Ice machine on 3rd floor didn't work. By Monday morning breakfast, there was less to choose from to eat from over the weekend and the biscuits were not cooked in the middle. Poor breakfast experience but i don't have high hopes with complimentary breakfasts anyways. Our primary focus was a clean and well maintained place to stay. 「The elevator is broke and has been since last October. Had to drag my cooler from the beach amoung other thimgs, up 2 flights of stairs. The TV had two remotes and initially was a challenge to operate. The person who checked us in didn't mention the broken elevator and didn't give any times for the breakfast. Just handed me the key card, stated the room number...and that was it.」

「They were able to get me in a room early. That was nice but the room wasn't very clean. The bathroom had no exhaust fan so there was mold on the ceiling and around the tube. Pretty gross.」
