「Very friendly and helpful」

「It was good for the price we pay.」

「We never unpacked in our room. There were stains on the bed and mold in the shower. We stood at the front desk for 30 minutes and no one came so we left our keys and left the property. I tried to call the hotel 26 times in the next 24 hours and no one would answer. The front desk clerk hangs out in one of the rooms and watches a camera over the front desk. The swimming pool was green and had algae in it. This place looks like a rent by the hour place and needs shut down.」

「The entire motel smelled of smoke and dampness. Breakfast was bread for the toaster, two bananas, and fruit loops. Had to keep the very loud air conditioner running non stop to keep it comfortable. No maid service over two day stay. Get what you pay for」

「We did a quick overnight at this hotel and it was very nice. Clean, quiet facility with good beds and good showers.」

「When we arrived the clerk seemed confused and hostile. When we got in the room the toilet was running constantly and loudly. When we asked for a new room, even though the place was only half full, he was hesitant to give us a new room, but eventually he did. When we went to shower in the new room, which had a filthy bathroom, the towels literally stank horribly and were dirty and moldy, and when we went to get clean towels the two people working there became very angry and refused to give us...

「Parking was convenient, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was busy with multiple teams and food was always stocked. Only complaint was the neighbors we had, underage kids up all night, but thats out of the hotels control. We visited blast of bay during our stay, that alone was worth our trip.」

「From my first step into the property you notice how nice it is! No steps even into front door, certainly a plus for those that find curbs a challenge. The men at the desk, coming and going, were extremely nice. The room was perfect!」

「We did not receive the room we booked with a pull out couch. We spent a full day trying to resolve the issue with the facility. The day manager simply told us he’d let housekeeping know we didn’t have a pullout couch. 「Floors were not that clean. The continental breakfast was 98% carbs, no good selections for diabetics. Do not shower after 9 on a Sunday morning unless you prefer cold showers. There was one lamp between the beds that worked. No lighting for the desk area.」

「There was a very bright light on the outside of the building that was shining right in our room. It made it hard to go to sleep. It’s room 109. So if you get that room, request another one. But everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again.」
