「I arrived after the receptionist had left. They had left the key out for kitchen staff to check me in. I waa so relieved I still had a room. Thank you for making my day and your beds are fabulous. I slept so peacefully even with a strong storm through the night. Will 100% be back and plan to tell all my family and friends what a gem the inn is.」

「No staff on site. Room code didn't work, number to call only went to voice mail. Managed to get someone on the line to remote open our room door. There was no available restaurant or lounge on site. Screaming kids on our floor. No one at checkout to talk to. Room was very nice, but no service to speak of.」

「Staff was friendly during check-in and check-out, very quick, too. The room was large and clean. Beds were queen sized. There was a microwave and a refrigerator. Air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was updated. Shampoo and soap, and hair dryer were provided. Location was excellent, on the road out of town, and 5 minutes from downtown. The one improvement I would like to see is a coffee maker in the room.」

「We've stayed here twice, and will again. The first time we had a very small room, but at a recent stay the room was huge. The bathroom was European tiny, and no counter or even sinktop room to put anything. Still, it was clean and just fine. The location is perfect, and the staff is better than perfect—helpful, kind, and knew how to take care of business (including running outside to stop a parking cop from giving us a ticket as we were leaving and loading up).」

「We stayed for two nights and had a very disappointing experience. The pool was dirty, our room was humid, and no breakfast was provided. There were people smoking nearby, so it definitely didn't feel family friendly. The worst part was the service. It seems like only one person works there – all communication is done by text message. We texted the inn asking for clean towels, and they replied saying they would change the towels every day. But when we left for the day and came back in the...

「I wish you had simpler items on your menu, more choices for breakfast excluding the meats, it's a lovely bar and the staff is very nice all around the hotel, we would definitely stay with you again.」
