「We were traveling to Indy for a family event. My husband is in the military, and our regular place to stay was booked (my in-law's home,) so we booked this hotel. It was my husband, myself, and three children ages 16, 13, and 11. The original room we were given was room 222. It was gross, the carpet was stained, all the furniture was stained, the pull out couch and mattress were unacceptably disgusting. The room was all over just a no. So I went to the receptionist and let her know how gross it...

「The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing: friendly, personable, welcoming. The toilet didn’t flush unless I manually pulled the chain. The GFI outlet didn’t work all the time. The ironing board was broken. Close to Walmart and restaurants and convenience stores. A lot of foot traffic coming and going. A lot of trash in the parking lot. 」

「The actual room was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The location is easily accessed from the highway and in a good area with restaurants and stores. There seemed to always be an odd smell in the lobby and hallways. Lots of people were staying there for an extended period of time, almost like an apartment building. For the price I would stay there again, but would probably not bring my young children. 」
