"Stayed one night in a lake view spa room after an upgrade which was simply lovely and very cosy. The room was fabulous and the spa a real treat. Staff on check in were very helpful and quick and the staff on the phones were also very helpful. Just a couple of minor downsides - the room service menu was not working through their new online system which they did warn me about, but it took me having to ring up and ask for it to be fixed which could only be done by emailing me a link which...

"It’s great for a 3.5star property. Staff were helpful and close to city shopping. There’s road works going on at the moment but that can’t be helped. Overall great place for a nights stay! "
