「An incredible place to stay!! The staff were so lovely and attentive to everything we needed and the rooms were clean and beautiful. The lobby/dining area was also lovely and the food was great too! 「Very unsatisfied with my stay in the twin room. Cleanliness was terrible, with stains on all the towels and bed sheets. Pillows all smells mouldy. "✨💕Kickstarting my 10-day Bali adventure☀️❤️ My love and I chose the Cliff Pool Villa with a breathtaking ocean view 朗 The room is beyond amazing—perfect pool size, mesmerizing views, and a spacious bathroom with double sinks (a must for us!). And let’s talk about the infinity pool—it’s even better than the one at Bvlgari, where we dined recently! Plus, Six Senses is half the price and right next door. Talk about value for money! 💖 The whole experience has been incredible! The staff are super friendly and quick to respond to all our needs. *Had a minor hiccup with the local taxi service, but the Client Relationship team swooped in to resolve it in no time! 🌟 Truly impressed with how quickly they handled everything.
