“This place was a DUMP! The room was filthy. Conditions were so poor that I checked in at 2:30pm and checked out before 7pm. The walls had what looked to be mold growing on them, there were stains on the sheets, thick soap scum on the shower glass and bathroom faucet was loose. I would not advise anyone to stay there.”

“I booked reservations for 19-20th. Our plane arrived at 11:59 Monday morning. I made several attempts to contact the resort through phone calls and texts no response to let them know our late arrival. Once we arrived the area was dark and sketchy to say the least. We attempted to get someone to come the door, no response and no way to contact resort. The pictures looked nothing like an ocean view from the outside that’s listed in the pictures. The entire experience almost ruined my trip. We……

“Very unsatisfied with my stay in the twin room. Cleanliness was terrible, with stains on all the towels and bed sheets. Pillows all smells mouldy. Bathroom without exhausting fan and with strong sewage smells. On the first night there were two huge spiders in our room, we can’t find anyone to help at around 10.30pm because reception finished work at 10pm. We couldn’t sleep until around 1am because we only managed to kick one of the two spiders out. I told the reception girl the next morning that……

“We had a lovely stay at pinkprivate balangan. The rooms were immaculate and fully equipped. The pool was lovely especially with the big day beds at either end. The breakfast had limited options but the food was very tasty and fresh. They also had contacts for everything, we got massages, hired a scooter and got laundry done all for reasonable prices. The staff were super inviting, helpful and polite. The location was quiet but only a short walk to cafes, supermarkets and a short grab ride to……
