“We stayed 7 nights and it turned out to be our best family trip ever. All staff are friendly and eager to help. We're lucky to meet Dias who assisted us since check-in and took care of every detail to the end. Thanks for her hospitality and thoughtfulness. There seemed to be some problem on the room keys and the entry light was flashing, yet all of these were solved immediately after we told the staff. The facility is great yet the staff are even better. It's my smartest decision to choose……

“環境幽靜，職員非常有禮和貼心。房間和設施亦非常整潔，燈光亮度亦非常適合。游泳池的位置能觀賞日落，是酒店其中一個賣點。”

“舒服乾淨的房間，泳池維護的很清潔。 雖然房間設備感覺稍微比較老舊，但乾淨清爽的床單和浴室，讓我好好充了一個晚上的電”

“很方便，很有巴里島風格的飯店，環境很好，唯一缺點是訂房時註明2張床，到了房間卻是一張不那麼大的雙人床，花了一些時間換房間。房間裡有各種蟲類，包括蟑螂、螞蟻、小蜈蚣、小飛蚊等。可以理解有這些昆蟲，因為是很多樹木環繞的平房。如果害怕這些的可能不適合入住”

“This is the second time I live here. Everything is convenient. It's a good choice when you get in Bali at the first or the last day. It's near the airport and shopping malls.”

“Comfy room, the janitor always returns a neat room to me when i am back from the tiring trip. The receptionist are nice and helpful to solve your problem. I think the thing they can improve is the facillities in the gym room and the food of the breakfast buffet. The dessert/ pastry looks staying overnight. The hot food also doesnt taste nice.”

“我覺得今次住宿非常滿意，首先我們訂的是家庭房間，空間十分大，有兩間大房，還有一個客廳和飯廳，兩個浴室。酒店有一個室外游泳池，十分舒適。酒店員工非常友善，有問題都會即刻解決，十分可靠。美中不足的是酒店的其中一個熱水儲存器壞了，所以未能供應穩定熱水，但總括而言，我哋都係十分滿意。”

“我們住的cottages區位置在雷吉安大街旁，這家的hotel區在更裡面的巷子。地點在鬧區的巷內，逛街購物飲食都很方便，但是傍晚至晚上8點之間塞車很嚴重，千萬別在這時候搭車。 房間很大陽台浴室也很寬敞。房間內蚊子不少，雖然飯店每天清晨都會在院子噴灑藥劑，我們也帶了蚊香每晚點燃，但蚊子依然很多。早餐實在不怎麼樣。”
