「The staff was friendly and observant. The front desk called to check if we needed room service. Without us saying anything, the concierge told two customers to smoke by the porte cochere so that they would be away from us in the open air lobby. The room, restaurant, pool, lobby and gym were very clean. Breakfast had a good spread of local and western varieties. 「打幾次電話落去服務台，先有人聽電話，效率慢,廁所去水差，令到廁所D水滲入房間,，，廁所幾乎水浸。 」

「浴室異味非常嚴重，馬桶有重的水溝臭味，加上房間小異味飄出整晚都睡不好，有試著向櫃檯詢問換房（一方面也想知道是單一個案還是其他房間也這樣，因為公共空間的衛浴反而沒問題）雖然公共空間寬敞很愛但未來不會再考慮前往了吧。」
