「Great place with very comfortable and relaxing environment. Staff are all friendly and willing to help. Our room had some problems on electricity, totally no power in the room which is dark at late night, we can only use the flashlight from cellphone. Electrician came to fix it then it was ok. However, it was down again after 10 minutes and continuous. We waited around 30 minutes and requested to change a room. The manager is willing to do so, we finally moved to another room after this drama....

「A good three bedroom villa for families. Not the best location because taxi can only access from one side. Quota walk to main areas. Needs new kitchen equipment. Microwave was in really poor condition. Pool maintenance could be better. No tv in main bedroom which is crazy at this price point. Had internet issues during short stay . Staff nice but personally I would prefer not having the staff hanging around the vill all day and night. 」

「First time for us switching from a resort to a private villa.. will not look back!! The privacy you get being able to lock the front door of the courtyard as opposed to the front door is very unique. The secret jungle was just that, we could not see another villa, the walls were grown over with towering privacy palms that worked perfectly. There is basic room service options, you have to go for the 25aud for a floating breakfast for 2, it was amazing for the experience. We did not...

"I don't think the pictures do this hotel justice. I think it is better than the pictures. Everything is perfect from the room, the breakfast, the location, the amenities, the pool, and all the greeneries within the complex. Don't forget to check the pet turtles and pet rabbits! I missed the balinese theatre dinner unfortunately so if possible, do stay in this hotel on Mon, Wed, or Fri and book a dinner and show session."
