"Our stay was quite magical with exquisite sunset views each evening and an unforgettable experience with every staff interaction. We had delicious food, drinks, and every latte was professional quality. Every time we had a question, it was met with patience and care. Our room was cleaned daily and we were given everything we needed to have an incredible time during our stay in Uluwatu. My only wish is about the spa experience: it would be nice if they stocked water for the guests, and if they did a full mani/Pedi with cuticle care, and deep foot scrub to really get through the dead skin. The girls doing the massage were awesome and so sweet, but I'm afraid they don't understand what a Lymphatic massage entails. I was hoping for some lymphatic drainage of my face also. It was a pretty good deep tissue massage, however. After a massage, especially a Lymphatic massage, water is essential and it was disappointing that I had to wait to get back to my room to hydrate my body. The reflexology massage was pretty similar. I would recommend that the spa offers what they know instead of these options, until the staff is trained."

"Room are looking outdated and need deep cleaning to upkeep the property and it looks overdue for a paint as well. Unfortunately, there was a weeding over the weekend we visited so few amenities were close like the main pool, and a restaurant as well. However, breakfast buffet, and open restaurants to the public were great. Also, one of the nights the music of the weeding was too loud in our room, and when I addressed this concern with hotel staff, they changed my room to a quieter area. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this property as it’s not a good deal for the price and current status of the property."

"My wife and I arrived at about 3.30pm to check in. There was no concierge to greet their guests and assist with their luggage. There was no one there to greet guests offering welcome drinks, towels etc. we found our way to another room where there was 2 bottles of water sitting in a bucket of melted ice water which was warm, there was only one clean glass to serve yourself. There were people waiting around in the lobby and lots of luggage around waiting to be checked in. Check in time is at 3pm, at 3.45 pm we were told that our room is not ready and should be ready in about 10 minutes. At 4.15 I approached the reception asked if our room was ready, it wasn’t. We have been on the road since 10 am on the day and were desperate to get into our room and have a shower and rest. It was about 5pm before we were told that our room was ready. I believe that the hotel is understaffed and very badly managed. This is an international 5* branded resort however in my opinion it is not worthy of that rating, I will not be staying at this resort again and do not recommend it however with a better management and better trained staff could turn this around."

"This was our first stop in our stay in Bali. Our experience, from being greeted by the staff, our well-appointed room, to the generous breakfast buffet, and gracious staff, our stay could not be better. Our family had multiple rooms and no one had a complaint. Thank you to all the helpful staff!"
