"WARNING PLEASE PEOPLE AVOID THIS NIGHTMARE HOTEL DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THIS IS SERIOUSLY THE WORSE HOTEL AND EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE !!!! THE MANAGER AND STAF AND UNPROFESSIONAL… WE LEFT THE HOTEL WE NEVER STAY HERE AT THE END THIS HOTEL MAKE US WASTES 3hrs OF OUR ANNIVERSARY TRYING TO GET OUR MONEY BACK WE NEVER GOT A ROOM ALOCATED BECAUSE THEY MAKE US WAITING THE POWER AT THE HOTEL WAS OFF COMPLETE FOR HRS We arrive at hotel they makes us wait for 2hrs to give us a the room because they upgrade but asked to wait for a bit long the wait was ridicules like 35min to get same at the end same room booked what a scam so I when down again to ask where is the upgraded room they said because I didn’t want to wait longer they can’t accommodate us because they getting ready the room which was a lie because the hotel is practically empty !!! They make as wait 20min more so I went to the elevator to go around and the power of the hole hotel went off so lucky I didn’t grab the elevator otherwise I will be stuck in it horrible experience!!! And after this bad experience they have upgrade the room to apparently better one the more expensive one but when we got there not light no power no internet dirty towels water on the tub coming color dark brown disgusting the most horrible experience in my life I wanted to cancel the room and they didn't want to give us money back after all this nightmare 3hrs wasted at this hotel was the worse experience of my life AVOID "

"The pool and outside area is stunning, the gardens are beautiful and the property is right on the beach front which is amazing, the sunsets every night was a highlight. The staff all very friendly and welcoming. One disappointment was the initial room I was put in I had to change to a different one as there was a smell I believe from the aircon which wasn’t nice. Second room ok. Rooms are big with balcony just slightly worn. The entrance to hotel is great and it only took me 15/20 mins to get to the airport which is also convenient. "

"Amazing ocean front views! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money, however, I don't think I would stay again. There are approx. 200m of stairs to get to the hotel. Can be challenging for some, especially those who like to explore outside the property. There are porters to assist with your luggage. The hotel restaurant was a little overpriced compared to restaurants in the area. Scooter rentals, massage services are available. If you're able-bodied, I would recommend staying at least once for the stunning views."
