It features a large and fully fenced yard with a deck and patio table with seating for enjoying meals or drinks in the fresh air (please note that outdoor furniture is typically put away during the winter). The highlight of the backyard is the large fully fenced in yard itself, along with comfortable furniture and hammock. * Per the local El Dorado County ordinance, noise must be kept respectful at all times, especially between the 10pm and 8am quiet period.
* 4 cars max - No exception. No street parking per county ordinance
* Pets are allowed, with prior permission and pet fee

We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 25 people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own. This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect.

Guests agree to comply with El Dorado County's Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately), and failing to do so, or violation of home rules in the listing, may result in egregious penalties, forfeiture of security deposit, and even eviction.
