「We enjoyed our time at this cute cabin! Very cozy and loved that we had a back yard for our small poodle mix pup. The home is dog friendly so obviously we expected other dogs have stayed there; however, it did not appear that the dog hair from previous guests was vaccumed. The throw pillows on the couches and the beds were covered in dog hair (and so were we). We bring our own "dog blankets" so our dog is not laying on the bedding or couches. 「Arrived late to our VRBO, found cleanliness to be poor. Listing was listed a no pets, found pet and human hair throughout, however worst was all the bedding, sheets and pillows. Housekeeping did come with fresh sheets at 10pm. Management had no consideration to even a partial refund, or moving us to another room. Communication slow and non accommodating. Not sure why they couldn't at lease remove my cleaning fee, when it wasn't cleaned before we arrived. 」
