Housekeeping did come with fresh sheets at 10pm. Management had no consideration to even a partial refund, or moving us to another room. Communication slow and non accommodating. Not sure why they couldn't at lease remove my cleaning fee, when it wasn't cleaned before we arrived. ”

The home is dog friendly so obviously we expected other dogs have stayed there; however, it did not appear that the dog hair from previous guests was vaccumed.
