“Arrived late to our VRBO, found cleanliness to be poor. Listing was listed a no pets, found pet and human hair throughout, however worst was all the bedding, sheets and pillows. Housekeeping did come with fresh sheets at 10pm. Management had no consideration to even a partial refund, or moving us to another room. Communication slow and non accommodating. Not sure why they couldn't at lease remove my cleaning fee, when it wasn't cleaned before we arrived. ”

“We had a great few days in Tahoe. The property was easy to find, get into, and pet-friendly. I appreciated that there weren't any strict rules about pets as was seen in other VRBO rental properties. It was easy to communicate with the owner and the cabin was cosy, the beds comfy, and parking was conveniently right in front of the cabin. We would stay here again.”

“We enjoyed our time at this cute cabin! Very cozy and loved that we had a back yard for our small poodle mix pup. The home is dog friendly so obviously we expected other dogs have stayed there; however, it did not appear that the dog hair from previous guests was vaccumed. The throw pillows on the couches and the beds were covered in dog hair (and so were we). We bring our own "dog blankets" so our dog is not laying on the bedding or couches.
