“The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen. I did not know that we were staying at a residential room, it was the worse thing ever! I wanted a hotel & no where did it say that it was residential during booking. On top of that the pool was closed on our side of the hotel/building, front desk said that the other side has the pool but closes at 5pm in VEGAS!!!! Like it’s……

When I checked in, I asked if it would be possible to place my room on the same floor as another family member staying at the hotel. I was told that because my reservation was booked through Expedia and listed as a private room, the hotel was unable to make any adjustments and that I would need to contact the host through the booking platform if I needed……

“ Close to the LV Strip which was nice and the valet was very convenient with small kids. The room was fine. Served its purpose but had no extra toilet paper with half a roll only in the room. Some paper towels or extra dish rags were needed.”

“Amazing safe spot, 20 minute walk/10 minute uber ride from the strip. Gated group of condos, felt super safe traveling with friends. Clean apartment, Carrie was very easily reachable and communicative. Awesome private pool space, would absolutely stay again! ”
