This was the second time renting this property and there were several issues with the cleanliness this time. The owner is very responsive and did offer to send out the cleaning crew, which is appreciated, but the issues should have been noticed and addressed as part of any routine cleaning for a rental property. This home allows pets which is disclosed in the listing but it was obvious that an animal had been there right before based on the condition of the house.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay it was in a great neighborhood but close to everything. Mike was great and the communication was top notch even when there was a snag when checking in but was solved immediately. We would definitely stay there again .

Nice quiet neighborhood where we felt safe. Comfortable beds and nice fluffy towels. We were very happy with our stay.

Local sports event

Location was clean and convenient to local amenities. Neighborhood was quiet and peace. The owner was very communicative and receiving of feedback. If in the area, would stay again.

Mini vacay

Overall I would totally recommend this home for anyone looking to stay. We really only needed a place to sleep for 3 nights while we were in town for Kings island. The distance to the park was great and only took a 10/15 min drive. We were looking for places to eat and found chubbys pizza which was really good and the ice cream there afterwards was delicious for our first night in town. I wouldve loved to come back to the house and sit outside on the porch that is shown in pictures but the weeds were grown up all around the porch and had a very strong smell that was unpleasant and not ideal. The house did have basically everything we needed for our stay. I didnt cook any meals so i didnt use or need any of the pots/pans but they were available from looking around in the kitchen for what i did need. The coffee pot is basic and doesnt use pods which wouldve been nice to have known either way (maybe i missed that in the listing) . One of the bar stools was broken and not able to be used. The house was clean and I didnt have to worry about that which was nice. The house is a little older and its had some small renovations done. This house is not for someone who is bougie but it was cozy and comfortable and just what we needed. I would definitely stay again if we ever decide to go again.

Family visit

We had family come visit. There wasn’t enough room at our house for everyone. This was so much nicer than them staying in a hotel. Great very comfortable house. Owner was very responsive and made sure they had everything they needed for their stay. We will book here again when we need.

Grad weekend

The location to enjoy Kings Island and Cincinnati was excellent. The house layout was comfy for our group, and the neighborhood felt safe and quaint. Access to I 71 was easy.A few upgrades of bathroom amenities would be useful. We enjoyed our stay.

4 day stay for a wedding.

Cozy home. Nice backyard for the fur babies. Quiet neighborhood. We had some issues the owner will be addressing with the cleaning team but unfortunately no compensations were offered for our inconveniences.

Quick stay for

Came to Lebanon for a soccer tournament with my friend and her daughter and it was perfect for us, very cozy and clean. Owner was very responsive. About 20 mins from everywhere we needed to go and in a cute neighborhood.
