"It took two days to get someone to come and unblock the toilet which was blocked when I arrived. I sent multiple messages via WhatsApp and spoke directly to individuals at the front desk. It was the weekend and the first person said they had no maintenance staff present, but had contractors on site who might be able to fix it. No one came by. I was assured the next day that someone would see to it, but no one did. All it needed was a plunger. I love this hotel for its kitchenettes and convenient location and have stayed multiple times, but this was frustrating."

"The Eye, Big Ben, Parliament and palace were so close! The people at the front desk were helpful and kind. I can’t say enough good things. I know I will be coming back again. "

"Perfect location and walk to the London eye. Big Ben and Houses of Parliament. Staff were really nice and friendly. I’ve given 4 stars rather than 5, as I found the buffet breakfast limited with options, Coffee was not nice and during the night in our room we would hear random knocking noises every hour or so coming from the inside of our room. Overall highly recommended."
