「There was no clear instruction that no one will be in the office after 6 PM. I arrived around 6:15 PM and no one is there. I call the 5 phone numbers on the office door and no one is picking up. After help from a resident and neighbor. I finally got a hold of one of the officers and finally got in. Other than this, the room is great and clean. 」

「Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.」

「I booked a one-bedroom and ended up having a two-bedroom apartment. The place is clean, with all the kitchen equipments as you need if you want to stay in for some simple cooking. Location is relatively easy - 15 mins simple walk from London Bridge station. The Wifi is VERY UNSTABLE though - it kept dropping in and out. As this is a work trip, it's quite annoying.」

"十分好酒店，有feel,有免費船乘搭，職員態度10分好，每個都預備幫你，感覺好親切，部份房間翻新，空間感足夠，門外有便利店很方便，亦有巴士站，有公園，寧靜得嚟又可以四圍去，我會再選擇呢間酒店 Excellent hotel with a great vibe. There’s a free boat ride, and the staff’s attitude is 10/10 — everyone is ready to help, which feels very warm and friendly. Some rooms have been renovated and are spacious. There’s a convenience store right outside the door, which is very convenient, and there’s also a bus stop and a park nearby. It’s quiet, yet easy to get around. I would choose this hotel again."
