“The communication was great. A minor check-in hiccup that was quickly resolved.A clean room in a clean, well-maintained home. Not in the heart of London, but only a 30-45 minute Uber from most everything. Across the street from a bus stop, and only a 15-minute walk from the Tube. Quite convenient for those who are willing to immerse themselves a little!Definitely priced appropriately.”

“There’s no hair dryer, but other than that everything was good!”

“Very well-organized and they paid a lot of attention to detailing every aspect and documenting it on their website. The self check-in and check-out is smooth and went without any issues. All appliances worked perfectly. The hallway was a bit noisy, especially when other apartments close their doors, it shakes the whole apartment. The check-out is 10 AM which I consider early.”

“Excellent location next to cafes and only 10 min walk from the Globe theatre and the London bridge, and yet in a very quiet house. Staff at the rental place (keys not picked up at the flat) was very helpful. No problems storing bags etc”

“Visited London before heading out to a wedding venue. Arrived, easy to check in. Property was mostly surface clean, but needs a lot of improvements. Carpets stained in both bedrooms. Holes in walls where stuff was once mounted, stickers on furniture of old kids room. Mattress in small room was extremely worn out. Issues reported: Patio door stuck open. Manager came and got it closed but did not use the rest of the time, several lighting issues, one being in small bathroom where daughter had to……

“The pros: Friendly host and great communication prior to arrival and during stay. Great location for exploring the main sights of London by public transport, we mainly did the 15-20 minute walk to Kennington tube. Got to most places in central London easily within 50 minutes. Great option for secure parking. Good space for 3/4 people, feels like staying in someone’s house, plenty of kitchen equipment, places to sit, tv and books etc. our little girl loved the little toys available. Welcome……
