"Love the vibe of this hotel. Staff, pub and club are trendy and fun. Comedy show was fun, but club was noisy on weekends until 2:00 am. Kind of a quirky place but like it overall. "
"Only 1 night stay, had everything we needed. Clean tidy room with air con (godsend). Friendly helpful staff. Really nice pub downstairs, and an amazing breakfast. "

"Very comfortable bed, quiet, high tech room that blocked out all light effectively for sleep. Terrific breakfast buffet and nice lounge area. Convenient to major sites, Hyde Park and transportation. Staff is very nice, helpful and available. Only downside is room for one is small (not enough room to layout luggage) and there appears to be homeless shelter area on start of the block where hotel is located - I never had any issues walking back and forth from the hotel on my own and never felt unsafe but just pay attention to your surroundings if you are solo traveler like I was. "
"The room was pristine and very comfortable for a single. Just be aware, while it is ensuite for a shower, the toilet is a shared toilet down the hall. "
"Breakfast was excellent with plenty of food and choices. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is fairly new with nice beds and modern bathrooms. It is a short walk to Victoria Station and a walkable distance to Westminster Abbey. We found several nice restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store.

""Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Plaza London, and we couldn't have been more delighted with our experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home.
Our rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after busy days exploring the city. The hotel's amenities were fantastic, catering well to everyone in our family, and the location was absolutely ideal for accessing London's main attractions.
The service throughout our stay was exceptional – every request was met with a smile and efficiency. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches that made our family trip so enjoyable. We highly recommend Hotel Plaza London for anyone visiting with family; it truly exceeded our expectations and contributed to a memorable London adventure!""
"The hotel is an excellent location, near Victoria Station and all hop on hop off bus stops. Our room (triple) must have been recently remodeled. It was better than expected. Very clean and nice air condition. Only bad thing is if you are a light sleeper, you can hear the trains. Otherwise great hotel for the price. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Would recommend to anyone. "
