“The Shangri-La at The Shard in London, staying in a room with an iconic view, offers a clear vista of the Tower Bridge and various important landmarks. The dinners and breakfasts provided by the TING restaurant are excellent. The front desk also offers service in fluent Chinese and English. Other Shangri-La hotels should consider this establishment's service standards as a worthwhile example to emulate.”

“Stayed 1 night in room 1, twin room on ground floor. All looked quite new, super clean with great facilities. Graham on front desk was friendly and very helpful with advice etc. jumped on the bus to Wimbledon-approx 10 mins. Great pad Thai restaurant in York Street? Near Wandsworth town rail station. Super place, would use again. ”

“Wir waren für 3 Nächte in dem Hotel. Dafür ist es bestens geeignet. Die Lage ist gut. Wir haben uns nie unsicher gefühlt. Man kann zu Fuß viel erreichen, kann aber auch jederzeit auf jede Art des ÖPNVs zurückgreifen. Unser Zimmer war klein aber ok, etwas abgewohnt und es gab leider keine Klobürste. Handtücher haben wir nachbestellt. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend (glutenfrei & vegan wird angeboten) aber ich glaub nach 3 mal dann auch "langweilig" weil es halt dann doch nur 2 Arten Wurst und eine……

“We had a fantastic stay! The room was beautiful and very comfortable, and the bathroom/shower was amazing. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Tower Bridge and lots of great spots in the area. What really made our stay special was the staff—they were incredibly friendly and helpful with our group. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!”
