The property was pretty nice, and in an excellent location. Right across from the train station, and a short walk to the bus stop. There was a bar/restaurant on site that looked really nice and appeared to stay open late. You can see the Tower Bridge as soon as you step outside the door. Also, I very short walk to the Borough market. If I go back to London, I will stay there again.

Impressive building in a great location near Tower Bridge. Hotel itself was disappointing, I had no hot water and this took more than a day to resolve, with no offer of another room or an upgrade. Paying £200 a day for cold showers seems questionable to me. Rooms are pleasant but nothing special, drinks/food extremely expensive (£8 for a bottle of corona beer)

Convenient location - overall an OK experience but could be better in some areas. The breakfast options were average - however within a short walk were multiple coffee and breakfast options so was not too bad. Amenities - I did not use them so unsure how to rate them or if there were any. The rooms were ok - one small window for natural lighting - which was a downer however the bed was comfortable. The bath/shower combination is a bit limiting for showers - a larger shower would be more appropriate however was ok. The location of the hotel is great for tourists or business - a short walk from public transport - and overall a quiet corner in the evening.
