Stylish and comfortable in heart of Bankside

Stylish and comfortable hotel on the heart of Bankside. Bedroom was small but well thought out with big comfy bed and completely soundproofed. Would higghly recommend.

Great location, very unique, hotel, artsy and hipster, urban professional vibe, comfortable beds. Everything works with an iPad very futuristic and design. If you have issues with electronic technology, recommend going somewhere else.

All ways great apart from the mattress which seemed to have a bit of a dent where people sit on the edge of the bed. Channel 4 was missing in the tv channels.

The room is a cramped box in a low budget hostel masquerading as a modern, chic hotel. They're getting by on vibes and advertising, and I won't be falling for it again. I was so irritated by the low quality stay, I actually left after the first night (booked for two) to book a stay at a nearby hotel.

CitizenM hotel, awesome hotel and fantastic staff

Fantastic location for quickly getting into central London. Great bars and cafes nearby and walking distances to St Paul’s, Tate Gallery, The Globe, Shard and Borough Market to name a few. The hotel and staff was excellent and fantastic friendly service even at 11pm at night for a delicious homemade pizza.. Well done CitizenM we will book again for sure

Great, modern hotel. For a European hotel, the bed was AMAZING. Very big and comfortable room. Would stay again.

Property was great, staff very helpful. Left our previously booked accommodation to come here, shared a king size bed with my cousin and was still a massive upgrade. Facilities clean, aircon room, great technology and amenities. Only downsides were aircon on lowest temp and highest speed didn’t really cool down the room enough, and unfortunately the elevator broke on our last day which is not the property’s fault, but we did have to drag our luggage down 5 flights of stairs.

This is a convenient location, close to many great tourist sites. On the weekends, there is not much open around the area in terms of food. But aside from that - we highly recommend this hotel and location, especially for the room size, comfort and staff. All of the staff were excellent, extremely knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
