Check in was horrible. No hello. Just 'we are not doing check in yet, too early. Leave your bags' I understand rooms aren't ready and I am ok with that, but to greet people tha way is really bad service.

I have stayed at this hotel brand in several different cities, and overall it has consistently been a very pleasant experience. The property is well maintained, the atmosphere is nice, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. During this particular stay, however, there was one significant inconvenience. The fire alarm went off, and shortly after that the water was shut down for the entire morning. Unfortunately, this meant that the late checkout I had paid for, specifically to rest and shower comfortably before leaving, became essentially unusable.

Only problem was that the tablet wasn’t working for one evening - but absolutely normal with technology. The rest was outstanding and we could walk to all attractions!

Great hotel and location. One of the elevators was not working/being repaired. Rooms clean and trendy with the mood lightening. For me I found it to warm In the room even with the air conditioning turned way down. Would recommend and return.

Great little hotel. Modern and easy walking distance to Borough Market. Shops nearby. Room was small, but that’s just London for yah- it had everything that we needed. Cool tech in the room with great blackout curtains that were perfect for tackling jet lag!

Everything was good until the morning. The firealarms kept going off around 10am. Then mid showering the water went off, so unable to both shower/ rinse suds off. Toilet stopped flushing, no water to clean our teeth. The temperature in the room was too high also, even though we had put it on to the coldest setting. Disappointed that it ended badly
