倫敦柏孟塞酒店住宿推介

「location is convenient and room was clean. had wonderful experience overall.」

「We stayed at this hotel for ten nights, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. On the very first night, we noticed that the air conditioner was making loud and disturbing noises. Despite reporting this issue to the hotel several times, no effective solution was provided. It was not until the seventh day of our stay that we were finally allowed to change rooms. However, the new room was poorly prepared and lacked several basic amenities — one set of towels was missing, there...

「Great location for art lovers!」

「方便,cp值高」

「Some random thoughts: 1) Someone's hair easily spotted all over the bathroom's white walls when we checked in. Told front desk ( later with photos taken at the scene when repeated requests to clean them were futile ) as well as left notes to housekeeping yet the strands were never removed. 2) No green tea sachets and was bluntly told " we don't have green tea ". This is Marriott! 3) Telly not working properly and later fixed; cracked walls along doorframes with paint worn off. 4) Housekeeping...

「Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.」

「The posting stated the bed was a king size bed, but it was actually a queen bed. The washer/dryer did not work. The lock was not working one evening and we were locked out for 45 min and could not get ahold of anyone. There was a huge block party outside that went until 2am and could be heard clearly within the room and was absolutely a disturbance to our entire night. The police were even around the corner and did nothing about the disturbance. It was one of the worst stays we have encountered...

「地點遠主要景點不是太近，樓下有tesco是絕大優勢，有一位女職員很友善，另一位男職員比較欠缺耐性」

「Excellent location close to underground and within walking distance of many attractions. We were impressed with the cleanliness of our room and the shared bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and we were pleased there was a fan on the room as it was very warm.」

「I'd defo recommend my friends to stay here! 」

「King’s Cross 可乘搭1號巴士到酒店。 附近有1號及188號巴士前往市中心。 附近也有餐廳，房間向大街，車輛聲音十分嘈吵。 房間地氈比較污糟。 浴室乾淨整潔。 有免費咖啡享用。」
