「Excellent location. The kitchenette was a plus. However, there was only 1 drop-off spot in front of the hotel so it wasn't convenient to load your luggage. 」

「The Shangri-La at The Shard in London, staying in a room with an iconic view, offers a clear vista of the Tower Bridge and various important landmarks. The dinners and breakfasts provided by the TING restaurant are excellent. The front desk also offers service in fluent Chinese and English. Other Shangri-La hotels should consider this establishment's service standards as a worthwhile example to emulate.」

「The ‘junior classroom’ room was clean and novel - tall pitched ceiling into the roof space. Very nice room with complimentary mini-bar was a nice touch. We didn’t eat there or use the spa facilities but what we saw was a unique boutique hotel, converted from a Grammer school. The check in staff were courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend a stay here. 」
