“In normal weather, this place would be fine. In a heat emergency, it was problematic. I booked knowing that London now experiences high heat in summer, so I looked specifically for a/c. This property claims to have it, but that's debatable. I travel in Europe a lot and know that their idea of a/c is not the same as in the US. However, this was wildly insufficient. It has a too-small portable unit that was switched off when we arrived. That might have been ok except it was 95 degrees outside and……

“As a frequent business traveller to London I had the opportunity before the Christmas break to take the family with me. I cannot state how amazing this accommodation is (2 bed). Overlooking the shard with very efficient and smooth communications from the apartment team, I’ll be back again. M&S is just over the road for all the usual requirements with loads of restaurants local with borough market being a very small walk away. ”

“Great flat in a great location. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that there’s a construction site right next to it with construction of a residential tower starting. It will get noisy and be overlooked for the next couple of years.”

“You need a key fob to get in the building and a physical key to get in the unit. Pickup for these was a 10 minute walk and included crossing a crazy intersection at Vauxhall. I had to get the keys from a convenience store and talked to someone who barely spoke English. The entire transaction seemed super shady. Then we had to walk 10 min back toward Vauxhall (luggage in tow!) to the building. The building itself is right outside of the train station, which was super convenient, but the key pick……

“It was an excellent location for us to stay to go to Wimbledon. It’s a wonderful neighborhood away from tourists but still have plenty of restaurants to choose from within steps from the hotel.”

“Fine spot, duplex layout was nice. Not the most glamorous accommodations but for a basic place it was good. When we were there, the second shower was out of order however.”

“Room was clean and had microwave fridge washing machine. Shower and toilet were clean. The bed mattress could do with changing as you could feel the springs in it. Entering the front door was tricky as there were no explicit instructions as to how to enter the code. Otherwise there was very good communication regarding the door codes and placement of keys. It was a good Expedia price and I would use again. Location is good as there are plenty of transport links and the locale has a variety of……

“There was no clear instruction that no one will be in the office after 6 PM. I arrived around 6:15 PM and no one is there. I call the 5 phone numbers on the office door and no one is picking up. After help from a resident and neighbor. I finally got a hold of one of the officers and finally got in. Other than this, the room is great and clean. ”
