「We need to pick up the key at agency that was two street away from the apartment but there's no clear instruction in advance. Besides, we had emailed and told the agency that the window could not be properly closed and the TV remote had not been found on day one. However, we received no response from them until day three. Quite disappointed about the support. Other than these, we were satisfied with the apartment.」

「The room is nicely decorated and the staff are friendly. But one thing to note, it’s not in the city centre. You have to take bus or metro to the city centre, taking around 30-45 mins. Btw, the bus service in London is quite stable and convenient.」

The dinners and breakfasts provided by the TING restaurant are excellent. The front desk also offers service in fluent Chinese and English. Other Shangri-La hotels should consider this establishment's service standards as a worthwhile example to emulate.」
