“The room smelled of cigarette smoke although the room was supposedly a non-smoking room and the front desk claimed the hotel was a non-smoking hotel. The solution was to open the door to the balcony. The air-conditioning was not on, presumably because it was noisy. There was no room service menu in the room and when i went down and asked the front desk for one just before 9.30pm, they omitted to say that orders were not possible since the restaurant wasn't taking orders any longer. “Hotel introduction says the room has the washing machine, but there was not. also, it was not mentioned that there's no lift in the apartment, which is different from our expectation. There is also not enough spaces to put the stuff in the bathroom e.g. no hook in the bathroom and also no space to put the toothbrush and the glass.”
