「The room is nicely decorated and the staff are friendly. But one thing to note, it’s not in the city centre. You have to take bus or metro to the city centre, taking around 30-45 mins. Btw, the bus service in London is quite stable and convenient.」

「Disappointing experience, it's hard to imagine this room costs £180. The floor creaks. The air conditioner is broken, the safe has no batteries, and the air conditioner remote has no batteries. The room is small, and there is guitar playing downstairs early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep. The sound insulation is poor, and you can often hear laughter from the next room. The hallway is very narrow. It feels damp. It is also far from the city center. I would definitely not choose...

「The apartment was very clean and quiet. You can park outside free from 6:30pm until 9am. There was no broadband though. The internet connection was through a 4G router that did not work. We were connected to the wifi but there was no internet access, so the wifi and TV did not work.」

「It was lovely to stay at this hotel where it's very close to King's Cross station. Room is not very big but enough for 2 people. Staffs are very helpful regarding to luggage storage after checking out. £3 per luggage. Overall it's a nice stay at Point A hotel King's Cross!」

「The bed is very comfortable. Is a highlight of the hotel. Also location wise is perfect for people travelling to the airport too. The only thing was the hot water either super hot or none. Is hard to adjust for the shower to a suitable temperature for a shower. 」

「The location is very convenient as it's just a 5 mins walk to the Liverpool Street Station with different dining and shopping choices. Staff at reception were really friendly and helpful and worth a 5-star rating. The room I took was budget friendly so it was relatively small but sufficient for a solo traveler. There were small dirt stains on towels and bedsheets but otherwise the room was clean」
