“係自己家一樣的住宿”

“After booking, Hausd System sends an email to guests, allowing them to indicate preferred check-in and check-out times. Hausd replies within 24 hours before arrival to confirm whether early check-in or late check-out is possible. Since we arrived in London around 9 AM, we requested early check-in, but the hotel only issued an official email without acknowledging our request, which felt a bit overlooked. “地點遠主要景點不是太近，樓下有tesco是絕大優勢，有一位女職員很友善，另一位男職員比較欠缺耐性”

“Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.”

“new and clean property. staff are friendly. enjoyed the coffee machine available in the lounge too.”

“Convenient place, nice staff”

“Location is great, staffs are so friendly, my room is prefect! However, the hotel without lift, if the luggage is heavy and live in high floor, may not be so convenient.”

“The worst experience”

“Really enjoyed my stay at the property. Any queries I had Julia was really easy to communicate with, will definitely be booking a stay with them again!!!”
