「You need a key fob to get in the building and a physical key to get in the unit. Pickup for these was a 10 minute walk and included crossing a crazy intersection at Vauxhall. I had to get the keys from a convenience store and talked to someone who barely spoke English. The entire transaction seemed super shady. Then we had to walk 10 min back toward Vauxhall (luggage in tow!) to the building. The building itself is right outside of the train station, which was super convenient, but the key pick...

「The advert for the apartment didn’t match reality. Lots of things didn’t work ie bedside charging table in main bedroom, lamp in bedroom, the sofa bed is missing one leg and the other is about to fall off, no kitchen towel or kitchen roll the second bed was not luxury foam as described, no mirrors in the apartment etc etc We very dissatisfied with the place」

「Great little spot, really welcoming. Beer on arrival! We were there for the cricket at the Oval - literally a 10-15 minute walk away. Great pub to watch live sport too!」

「Fantastic hotel which is in a great location, staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. Bar closes quite early and it’s a bit pricey compared to other places but it’s very nice. Would definitely recommend.」

「Wouldn’t have previously considered staying at a concept like this, but booked as hotel prices were very expensive for my travel dates. I was pleasantly surprised. You do have to use the QR code on your phone to move about the building too often in my opinion but that said, it’s very secure. The location is unbeatable for the price and I would absolutely stay again.」

「The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations...
