“Disappointing experience, it's hard to imagine this room costs £180. The floor creaks. The air conditioner is broken, the safe has no batteries, and the air conditioner remote has no batteries. The room is small, and there is guitar playing downstairs early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep. The sound insulation is poor, and you can often hear laughter from the next room. The hallway is very narrow. It feels damp. It is also far from the city center. I would definitely not choose……

“Had a lovely stay here over a long weekend. Near to a bus stop which was handy for access to the station. Great sized room with everything you need. Staff were always on hand when required and made up the room when needed to a very high standard”

“The kitchen and appliances were excellent, the bathroom was modern and spotless and the bed was comfy. The room was different to the one I booked (according to the photos), but it was clean. The space was small and the bed was in the loft space so the ceiling was very low. There was a small heater downstairs, but the space was pretty cold. “Pros: Lovey space that's been obviously cared for and updated. Convenient location across from the underground, lots of good restaurants in the area. Great communications - issue with bedding was resolved quickly. Clear instructions for accessing the property. Cons: No paper towel or dishtowels for the kitchen so it was drip dry only. Only 1 hand towel was provided for the bathroom and 4 towels for the shower which can be a challenge for 5 people. Also, no hotwater for the shower sonwe gave……

“Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, idéalement situé et en plus nous avons eu la chance d’avoir l’appartement avec la grande terrasse, même si nous n’avons pas pu en profiter en cette période, la vue était quand même incroyable. L’appartement est spacieux est bien équipé. Comme évoqué en privé, je pense que la literie a fait son temps et qu’il faudrait changer les matelas. Rien à redire sur la propreté.
