Good Location and Friendly Staff

This is a lovely hotel with good location and very friendly staff. There is no telephone in the guestroom and I've communicated with the hotel by using WhatsApp. The hotel staff responded promptly and handled my problem efficiently. There are supermarkets just two minutes away and some very good restaurants in the neighborhood. I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends.

Convenient location near restaurants and grocery stores as well as close proximity to landmarks like Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Room size was good for a European hotel and the price provided good value for money. Cleanliness could be improved but should not be a detractor for those looking for good value.

Great place to stay. Very close to tower bridge and lots of different restaurants and bars. The staff was excellent and rooms were clean and full of all the amenities you need

The plant lobby with cool decor that smelled so nice when you walked in the door! The super friendly and helpful staff, having a human at the front desk 24/7. The coffee shop in the lobby to get an awesome cappuccino. Kitchenette in the room and washing machine, loved that. Goid sized, high quality refrigerator In the room (although no freezer compartment ). There is a dishwasher though ours didn’t work, but the sink and sponge and dish soap made doing dishes easy. Aircon worked great, essential for us in August. Bus comes right outside the door. There’s a Sainsbury local little grocery store a five minute walk after turning right out of the lobby. A wonderful Turkish restaurant in the courtyard next to Sainsburys. Train station is a 10 minute walk. Two parks within two minute walk to either side. We walked to tour Tower of London. Overall a delightful place, highly recommended. Special shoutout to Zach and Stanley in reception for helpfulness

This hotel was great. Clean, comfortable and the location was great. The staff was incredible. We stayed here for 10 days so the staff got to know us and we would chat with them daily. If we had to make a minor complaint it would be the location of our room. We were on the ground floor behind the kitchen of the restaurant so we could smell the food cooking. This room location also had a terrace that opened into a courtyard which we loved. So it was worth while. We also ate at the restaurant one night it was convenient and delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Sehr coole und gemütliche Unterkunft in der Nähe der Tower Bridge in London. Man ist direkt in der Innenstadt und hat unmittelbar vor dem Hoteleingang eine praktische Busverbindung. Die Zimmer sind groß, sehr gepflegt und wunderschön eingerichtet – besonders das Bett war unglaublich gemütlich. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat jeden unserer Wünsche erfüllt und uns bei Fragen stets kompetent weitergeholfen. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!

初めてイギリスに行った時、この宿に感動して2回目もここに決めました。駅までの移動もしやすく、少し通りに入るとパブや食堂があり、本当に楽しかったです。スタッフも優しく、質問にも丁寧に対応してくれました。次もまたお邪魔したいです。
