“此住宿環境優美，寧靜，自駕方便，就算搭火車到倫敦中心亦只不過25分鐘。 酒店職員服務態度十分好，餐飲好味。”

“Because it was above a restaurant / bar, there was a lot of noise up at least 11 pm and probably beyond (we were exhausted on arrival from NA, so were able to sleep). The next 2 nights the restaurant was closed, but there were doing construction until past midnight with hammering and lots of noise. Not nice. Also, it was impossible to check in early. The hotel portion is above the restaurant / bar that is not open until 3 pm. We didn't realize this, so had to travel around with our suitcases……

“Staff was excellent. Great location and comfortable room. Only issue that is not their fault was I did not read that it did not have a check in desk. We got off a cruise ship and arrived at property around 9:30 am and it was all locked up no one around. About 10:30 we got lucky and employee arrived and allowed us to store the luggage inside so we could walk around the area. Again the staff was excellent it was my mistake not verifying their check in process. ”

“First night arrived in London, finding my way to Canary Wharf. Couldn't believe how beautiful and comfy the hotel is (compared to the one I slept in Venice, Italy). Great services, both attitude of the receptionists and service of breakfast. You should have breakfast at the hotel. It is comfy and relaxing!”

“Room was boiling hot making it hard to sleep despite turning off the heater. The curtains do not shut out the street lights so the room is illuminated all night. Staff very polite and help.”

“On arrival we checked in and were given the key card to our room. However it didn’t work so we had to go all the way back to reception and were then told that there was a glitch and none of the cards were working! A member of staff then accompanied us to back to our room to let us in. I know that isn’t their fault, but they could have told us when we arrived and accompanied us in the first place. I saw this happen with other people too. The card didn’t work the whole time we were there. That……
