「First night arrived in London, finding my way to Canary Wharf. Couldn't believe how beautiful and comfy the hotel is (compared to the one I slept in Venice, Italy). Great services, both attitude of the receptionists and service of breakfast. You should have breakfast at the hotel. It is comfy and relaxing!」

「Because it was above a restaurant / bar, there was a lot of noise up at least 11 pm and probably beyond (we were exhausted on arrival from NA, so were able to sleep). The next 2 nights the restaurant was closed, but there were doing construction until past midnight with hammering and lots of noise. Not nice. Also, it was impossible to check in early. The hotel portion is above the restaurant / bar that is not open until 3 pm. We didn't realize this, so had to travel around with our suitcases...

「the room was clean, the major issue is housekeeping letting them selves into the room at 9 am when check out was 11am my partner was in the shower which is ok the main room as i wa getting ready to had to wrap a towel for cover myself up. did report to reception they didn't care」

「Stayed here after reading reviews that it was easily accessible to the o2 arena. The hotel is spotless, room quite small but all we needed for an overnight stay for two. This will be my “go to” hotel now for any future concerts. Local to the tube (just 1 stop to the arena) local to shops and bars, a perfect stay.」

「Because of a business trip, we booked a total of 2 rooms and stayed for 5 days, a total of 10 nights. The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and provided detailed explanations and assistance when answering inquires. However, when staying at a hotel, the most important thing is a comfortable stay, especially since business trips are tiring. 「Staying in Canary Wharf, this is a really great hotel with apartments. Ours was overlooking the waterway, huge en-suite double bedroom, lounge with large sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Small table sitting coffee area downstairs with complimentary coffee. Lifts to all floors. Good location. There is a bridge from the main road to the top of steps though to get to the entrance. Fine with small cases, not sure if there is another route for larger...
