We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Bankside. Beautiful hotel rooms, lobby, and restaurant. The staff were so friendly and so helpful. I booked the connecting family rooms and it was such a great choice for my toddler. The breakfast buffet was also delicious as well. The only issue was that there was no microwave, which would have been useful during our stay, and I had a pair of slippers that I believe was accidentally thrown out. Overall, I enjoyed staying at this hotel and highly recommend it.

Traveled with a teenager and got the connecting rooms. It was fabulous. Everyone had space and privacy. Would highly recommend. Also, the location is excellent! Just a short walk to the Borough Market, the Globe, the Tate Modern. And the tube and bus lines are easily accessible.

Beautiful hotel, amazing rooms, really lovely staff. Only taken a star off due to it being manic with children. Obviously this is no fault of the hotel itself, but madness running about in reception, knocking about all over the place, and the pool becomes a bit of a theme park because of it. That aside it’s lovely and so well located to explore and commute!

Room was clean and modern. The staff at reception were friendly, and as a bonus we were able to check in early. Pool and facilities were lovely. Areas for development, where I would have hoped for a better experience - there was a poor supply of tea and coffee in the room - poor quality freeze dried coffee (and only 2 sachets), with similarly meagre supplies of tea, milk and biscuits. This was booked via expedia, and I had contacted Hilton customer services in advance to add the stay to the app to be able to use a digital room key for convenience - the Hilton customer service agent - despite giving the information requested seemed unable to do this.
