"Clean room when it was cleaned. There was a day during my stay that housekeeping did not tend to the room (no, there was not a “do not disturb” sign on the handle). Also, when I first got to the room there were smears on the fridge, the blind was partially shredded, and there were some nooks with debris from prior stays. Staff was good. There was no breakfast while I stayed. They were “undergoing renovations” (I did not see anything happening while I was there). The airport shuttle was good as well for adding another passenger suddenly. Overall it is a fine stay. "

"No where was I informed before making this reservation that their signature restaurant The Rugby Grille was closed for a remodel. Then their amazing High Tea is now NOT offered. The bar is now temporarily located in what used to be a beautiful lobby… Why did I pay all that money???!!!"

"From the first encounter with the front desk staff, who looked like she just rolled out of bed and was extremely unpleasant and unknowledgeable about the most basic features of the hotel, the stay was terrible and not worth the money. Almost everything was broken, from the hot tub to the elevators to the clothes dryer. The pool area had several hair weaves scattered around it from a previous guest. These were not cleaned up for days. The overall vibe was an extremely dated and tired hotel that either is extremely poorly managed and/or is seriously lacking in funds to spruce it up. "

"Dressed up pig. Besides high cost for room; charged $15 per night to park; no amenities. no free water with exception ck in staff might offer you a bottle of water. Otherwise, rm has two bottles of $6 upscale water only or you can purchase regular water for $6 at the hotel store. Their lil restaurant doesn't have convenient hrs it's open. Rooms and coffee aren't automatically cleaned or refurbished; have to request it(I had two night stay) there was no signage at front desk or in the rm to advise you had to make request. And the houseclean staff leave a card with QR code and their name thanking in advance for a tip. A tip just to do their job; basic job, and I never ever saw house cleaning staff the whole time I was there Fri thru Sun. Toilet ran after every flush; annoying! Oh they need to purchase new pillows and stop short sheeting the blanket & sheets; learn how to make a proper bed. Marriott use to be a premiere hotel, just a dressed up pig that eats up your money"
